Liwa Franchise plan: manage several BNI chapters with one account
The Liwa Franchise plan lets you manage an unlimited number of BNI chapters from a single account, with automatic import of BNI Connect guests for each one, and a one-click switch between groups. It is the plan designed for Regional Directors and people in charge of several chapters at once.
The problem of a Regional Director without a centralized tool
A Regional Director often oversees between four and ten BNI chapters, each with its own meeting rhythm, its own secretary, and sometimes its own method of attendance tracking. Without a shared tool, the Regional Director has to juggle several different Excel files, each with its own conventions, to get an overall view of the activity of their region.
This fragmentation makes any comparison between groups difficult, and complicates follow-up when a chapter goes through a difficult period in terms of attendance or guest recruitment.
What the Franchise plan covers
Unlimited groups from a single account
Unlike the Starter and Regional plans, limited to one group and six groups respectively, the Franchise plan lets you add as many groups as needed, within the fair use defined in the terms and conditions.
Automatic BNI Connect import for each group
Each group has its own dedicated email address to receive BNI Connect invitation confirmations. The automation works group by group, with no additional setup to do each time a chapter is added.
One-click group switch
From the application header, you just select the group you want to instantly switch its view, without logging in again or changing accounts. Handy to quickly check the status of several chapters in a row.
Co-administration
The Franchise plan includes a second administrator account, useful when regional management is shared between two people, for example a Regional Director and their assistant.
Marketing, AI and assistant built in
The plan also includes email campaign tools, up to 10,000 emails and 20 campaigns per month, with AI-assisted content generation, as well as a built-in assistant to support day-to-day management.
Who this plan is relevant for
- BNI Regional Directors, who oversee several chapters and want a centralized view without juggling files.
- BNI franchises, who manage the development of several chapters in a territory.
- Area managers, who need to compare the activity of several chapters to guide their actions.
What it changes day to day for a Regional Director
Instead of asking each chapter secretary for a manual export of their attendance sheet, the Regional Director directly accesses the view of each chapter from their own account. Follow-up becomes continuous rather than occasional, which makes it possible to spot earlier a chapter whose attendance rate is starting to drop.
For the preparation of regional big tables, aggregating guests across several groups also becomes simpler, with each chapter feeding its own list automatically through BNI Connect.
How to get started
Moving to the Franchise plan is done directly from the customer portal, without having to recreate existing groups if they are already on Liwa through another plan. For a Regional Director starting from scratch, each group can be set up individually, with its own meeting schedule and its dedicated BNI Connect address, in a few minutes per chapter.
Franchise, Regional or Starter: how to choose
The Starter plan suits a single group, with no need for a multi-chapter view. The Regional plan covers up to six groups, enough for a small area or a manager who is starting to oversee several chapters. The Franchise plan becomes relevant as soon as this number goes beyond six groups, or as soon as the automatic BNI Connect import needs to work at the scale of a whole region rather than group by group.
Switching from one plan to another is done without data loss, the groups already set up remain unchanged, only the limits and the available features change.
What Regional Directors report most often
The gain most often cited by Regional Directors who move to the Franchise plan is less the time saved on a single meeting than the visibility gained across the whole region. Spotting that a chapter’s attendance rate has been dropping over several consecutive weeks becomes possible in a few clicks, rather than waiting for a report from the local president or a quarterly review.
Co-administration is also cited as a practical point for fast-growing regions, where the follow-up load of new groups can quickly exceed what one person can handle alone, particularly during periods when several chapters are being launched in parallel.
In short
The Franchise plan meets a specific need, managing several BNI chapters without multiplying tools and tracking files. For a Regional Director, this translates into a centralized view, an automation that works at the scale of the region, and a co-administration that makes it easier to share the management load.
