Does the free trial require a credit card?
Yes, you add your card when you sign up. Nothing is charged before the 14 days are over, and you can cancel at any time.
Can I change plan along the way?
Yes, at any time from the Stripe customer portal. The change is prorated, with no email to send to anyone.
What does unlimited groups mean on the Franchise plan?
A Regional Director or a BNI franchise can add as many groups as needed, within the fair use defined in our terms of sale.
How does the referral program work?
You refer another BNI group, they get 15% off their subscription, and you earn a 15% recurring commission for as long as they remain a customer.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, with no minimum term. You cancel from the customer portal and your access stays active until the end of the period already paid.
