General Sales Terms
Scope
Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) régissent les ventes d'abonnements et de services payants proposés par StarterLab via la plateforme Liwa (liwa.fr). Elles s'appliquent à tout client professionnel ou consommateur souscrivant à un abonnement ou achetant une option payante.
Prices
- Prices are displayed in euros on the offer page. Unless otherwise stated, they are excluding tax for professionals.
- StarterLab reserves the right to change its prices at any time under the conditions set out in the Terms of Service. The applicable price is the one in force at the date of subscription or renewal.
- Per-session payments by guests (Stripe Connect option) are charged at the price set by the group administrator. StarterLab takes a service fee shown at configuration time.
Payment terms
- Payment is made by credit card via Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified processor. No banking data is retained by StarterLab.
- Subscriptions are charged monthly on the subscription anniversary date, by tacit renewal, until cancellation.
- On payment failure, access to the service may be suspended after notice and a 7-day grace period.
Invoicing
An electronic invoice is issued for each payment and made available in the customer area. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the billing information provided.
Right of withdrawal
- Under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer acknowledges that service performance begins upon subscription, with their express prior consent. They therefore expressly waive their 14-day right of withdrawal for the portion of the service already performed.
- Subscriptions taken out by professionals as part of their activity are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Refund
As stated in the Terms of Service, any month started is due in full. No pro-rata refund is granted in case of cancellation during a period. An exceptional refund may be granted in case of major unavailability of the service attributable to StarterLab.
Warranties
StarterLab guarantees the conformity of the service with its commercial description and uses reasonable means to ensure its availability (99% target). The service is provided "as is"; no warranty is given as to its suitability for any particular use beyond what is described in the offers.
Claims and mediation
Any claim may be sent to contact@starterlab.fr. A response is provided within 14 days.
Pursuant to article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may resort free of charge to the consumer mediation service after attempting to resolve the dispute directly with StarterLab.
Applicable law
These Sales Terms are subject to French law. Failing amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
