These terms govern the access and use of the Liwa platform, published by StarterLab, accessible at https://liwa.fr.

Service access

Access is reserved for users with a valid account. Registration implies acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy.

Subscription

• The service is offered as a monthly subscription with no fixed term. Each subscription renews automatically by tacit renewal at the end of each monthly period, until cancelled by the subscriber.
• The applicable prices are those displayed on the presentation page at the time of subscription. They are stated exclusive of tax for professionals.
• Payment is made by credit card through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. No banking data is retained by StarterLab.
• Any month started is fully due. No pro rata refund is granted in the event of cancellation during a period.
• A 14-day free trial is offered upon account creation. At the end of this period, the paid subscription corresponding to the chosen plan takes effect, unless cancelled before the end of the trial.
• The content and scope of each plan are described on the presentation page. StarterLab reserves the right to change them under the conditions set out in the article "Changes to offers and prices".

Changes to offers and prices

• StarterLab reserves the right to modify at any time the composition of its offers, the features included, as well as its prices, in order to adapt the service to its costs, its technical developments and the market.
• Any price change applicable to an ongoing subscription is notified to the subscriber by email at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect. A subscriber who does not accept the new pricing may cancel the subscription before the effective date, free of charge. Failing cancellation, continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new prices.
• Feature changes that do not entail a price increase may be implemented without specific notice, provided they do not substantially alter the subscribed service.
• Any promotional prices, discounts or referral codes are occasional and do not give rise to any right to their renewal.

Conditions of use for extended offers

• When an offer mentions a number of groups, users or resources presented as "unlimited" or "extended", this is understood within the framework of normal, reasonable and good-faith use, corresponding to the use expected of a business network or comparable organisation.
• Use is considered abnormal or abusive when it manifestly departs from this expected use, in particular in the event of resale of the service to third parties, sharing of an account between distinct entities, or consumption of resources unrelated to the activity of a business network.
• In the event of abnormal or abusive use, StarterLab may, after informing the subscriber, propose a suitable offer, set limits on the consumption concerned, or suspend the account if the situation persists.
• StarterLab reserves the option to introduce reasonable thresholds or limits on offers in the future, under the notice conditions set out in the article "Changes to offers and prices".

Amendment of these terms

• StarterLab may amend these terms and conditions at any time, in particular to take account of legal, regulatory, technical or commercial developments.
• Any substantial change is brought to the attention of subscribers by email or by information displayed within the service, at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect.
• Continued use of the service after the amended terms take effect constitutes acceptance thereof. A subscriber who refuses the new terms may cancel the subscription under the conditions set out in the article "Termination".

User obligations

• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Do not share access with unauthorized third parties
• Use the service in compliance with French and European laws
• Inform members and guests of the collection of their personal data
• Ensure the legal basis necessary for signature collection

Availability

StarterLab commits to maintaining 99% availability (excluding scheduled maintenance notified 48h in advance). Occasional interruptions may occur for updates.

Termination

Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their personal area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. Data is deleted 30 days after termination.

Applicable law

These terms are subject to French law. Any dispute will be submitted, failing amicable agreement, to the competent French courts.
